THE ROLE
We have an exceptional opportunity for an employment solicitor 2-4 PQE to join a well-established City based team of a well-known full service law firm.
As a member of an established and collegiate team, you will be handling both contentious and non-contentious Employment work, acting for both corporate clients and individuals.
The work will include:
Preparation of policies and procedures
Agreements and contracts
Employment Tribunal litigation
Advice on redundancy, restructuring and TUPE
Enforcement of post-termination covenants
Corporate support work
You will have the opportunity to work closely alongside senior team members and, where appropriate, you will take a lead on matters of your own.
THE CANDIDATE
You will have previous experience handling a mixed employment law workload, ideally with an interest in ET litigation as well as corporate support work.
You will have strong client management skills with a focus on excellent client service and a keen interest in business development and marketing.
