Create and gather documentation from files Accurately enter, amend, and update data on relevant systems Respond to enquiries and assist with client queries Reconcile and allocate payments Create reports and process premiums Quality check documentation Requirements:

Ability to analyse key information with a high attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to follow processes and problem-solve Willingness to learn and develop A basic understanding of insurance principles Positive attitude and enthusiasm Benefits:
