well respected Top 100 law firm , is looking for a
Residential Property Lawyer
between 2-8 years PQE to join their Residential Property, Farms and Estates team in
Oxford. The successful candidate will be expected to manage a caseload of files, dealing effectively with cases and transactions. The candidate will be expected to build credibility with clients and develop own client relationships through managing client expectations regarding options, outcomes, risk, and timescales. Your responsibilities will include: Take responsibility for managing aspects of projects that are delegated and meet deadlines Support juniors in the team by giving technical, business, and general advice Ensure a good flow of communication to senior lawyers but also more junior members of the team Track progress against your own KPIs, meeting targets Support with budgetary management of client matters Grow internal and external networks of clients, intermediaries, and contacts Build on personal and department profile and reputation by attending networking events, writing publications/marketing materials, and speaking at seminars About You The successful Residential Property Lawyer will: Have previous experience of managing a residential property caseload Be a Qualified Fee Earner 2PQE+ Have the ability to manage own files and delegate work to others Have strong client management skills with a focus on delivery of excellent client service Apply Now For more information, please contact Faith Kelly at Sellick Partnership, or apply within.
