Store Manager Responsibilities:
Leading and motivating a large team of associates to success Sales focused whilst engaging guests through exceptional customer service Leading well by example Driving company targets and KPIs including average basket value, units, and conversion Accountable for results, take pride and ownership of store standards and operations Budget and payroll management Coaching and development of all associates Recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new associates
Store Manager Experience:
Experience working at pace within a retail or hospitality background Energetic and upbeat personality Managing a large team and turnover Experienced in driving KPIs and store data
