Are you a passionate, innovative, and committed nurse with Haematology experience, looking to take your career to the next level?

Then an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Haematology nursing team. This is a York based post but the applicant should be willing to travel to Scarborough as required.

As the applicant, you will strive to provide high-quality care to both malignant and non-malignant haematology patients. Your role will be integral to our multidisciplinary team (MDT), where your growth, development, and contributions will be valued and nurtured. You will be supported by the MDT to develop your knowledge and skills to enhance our exceptional service.

Main duties of the job

Working as part of an MDT to provide holistic care to malignant and non-malignant Haematology patients. You must be able to work both independently and within a team setting. You must also be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to impart complex information to patients/relatives and carers. Good organisational skills and a commitment to providing outstanding service to our patients. It is essential to have the ability to act on your own initiative, utilising your clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
