13th December 2024 Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide proactive and creative HR Business Partnering and initiatives to ensure that BNM Renewables’ objectives are developed, supported, and achieved. Work closely with HR Centres of Expertise (CoE) to resolve complex and challenging problems through innovative and agile thinking. Coach and mentor the HR Business Partner team to ensure people initiatives are implemented to enable the successful delivery of the BNM Renewables strategy. Efficiently run the HRBP team, processes, and practices to proactively support the business leadership team in achieving its objectives, aligning to its values, and creating a great place to work. Champion the organisational values and culture. Coach and develop business leaders. Identify business needs and lead organisational change initiatives. Focus on the future of work. Shape and drive HR strategy with a business perspective. Deliver business and HR strategy through development of talent, workforce, and workplace solutions. Manage the industrial relations strategy. As a member of the HR Leadership team, proactively participate in the development and implementation of the HR strategic plan. Provide feedback to HR Operations and COEs on policies, processes, and programs. Create and drive the people strategy, along with metrics, for your area of responsibility including performance management, talent identification and succession, organisational design, employee engagement & communications, learning & development gaps, and workforce planning. All employees are expected to cooperate fully with all provisions taken by the company for ensuring Health and Safety, and Welfare of co-employees and members of the public using the premises. As a key member of the Senior Management team, proactively use the Performance Management process as a means to support resource planning within your team and the wider organisation. The Person:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications, skills, knowledge, and attributes: Hons Degree in a Business or HR related discipline is essential. Proven ability in HR Business Partnering at team leader level, including hands-on experience of project and programme management. Demonstrates strong business and financial acumen and ability to translate into people strategy. Ability to build & foster relationships with business leaders and influence decisions to produce positive business outcomes. Strong influencing skills and ability to work across multiple levels of the organisation. Demonstrates consulting agility. Demonstrates ability to be a change leader. Ability to adapt to Emerging Trends. Strong experience in leadership coaching & ability to push strategy forward.
