6/7 weeks About the company: You will be working for an award-winning turnkey fit-out & refurbishment specialist working nationwide on projects across the UK. Due to a busy pipeline for 2025, there is a very strong chance of ongoing work throughout the year. About the role: You will be leading and managing an on-site team of suppliers and subcontractors to deliver a high-quality project safely and in alignment with project programmes, client specifications & budgeted costs. This will be on a shop fit/small supermarket fit out. You will be supervising multiple fit-out subcontractors on site simultaneously as well as proactively managing the programme and hitting key milestones. Full welfare set up and a secure compound. Day-to-day duties will consist of: Liaising with Project Manager & Project Co-Ordinator Driving a consistent & proactive approach to health & safety on site Managing hazards & risks Ensuring all contractors & visitors are thoroughly inducted onto sites Monitoring progress of project programme, minimising risks Building an understanding of the project budgets to drive efficiencies Overseeing contractor performance About you: To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience in fit-out and refurbishment within the retail/commercial sectors.
