Talent-UK are recruiting on behalf of their client, a well-established Estate Agency, for an experienced Portfolio Manager. Working hours are 9.00AM to 5.00PM Monday to Friday and Saturday in rotation.
As the largest letting agent in the area managing over 1,500 properties, we also provide auction and sales services.
This position is based mainly in the Huddersfield office, with viewings/external duties in Pontefract. If you are located between both branches, this would be ideal.
A car will be provided for viewings.
Duties:
Manage properties, conduct viewings, inspections, inventories/final checks, and market appraisals. Communicate with landlords and tenants via email and phone.
Requirements: The successful candidate will need lettings/property experience, along with personality, presentation, and a hunger to succeed. Outstanding customer service skills are crucial, as this role is heavily people-oriented. Candidates should be prepared to be hands-on and not afraid to get their hands dirty, as this role is not for the faint-hearted.
