Our Norwich based specialist long standing manufacturing client are looking for a Warehouse Manager to support their growth. If you're a motivated individual with a passion for logistics and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure safe operation of all warehousing activities in line with Health & Safety legislation. Maintain a safe and well-organized environment for the team, contractors, and visitors. Collaborate closely with the Customer Service, Operations, and Procurement teams. Oversee the management of the warehouse team and two warehouses: Raw Materials and Finished Goods. Drive efficiency improvements through forward planning, working closely with our supply partners, utilising our MIS and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
Strong understanding of a modern warehouse environment (experience in manufacturing is preferred but not essential). Expertise in transport options. Strong commercial acumen. Solid grasp of Health & Safety requirements. A current FLT license. Good IT, teamwork, organization, and communication skills. Ability to solve problems logically and efficiently. Strong multitasking and task prioritization skills. A calm demeanour and a desire to be part of a successful, progressive team. Eagerness for personal growth and development.
