Key Responsibilities: Ensure the smooth operation of the residential home in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies. Provide guidance and support to staff members to uphold the highest standards of care for the children. Play a pivotal role in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members. Contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance team skills.
Minimum Requirements: You should possess a Level 3 Children's Residential Qualification and ideally hold the Level 5 Diploma in Children's Residential Care or equivalent, with at least 2 years of management experience in a children's residential setting.
