We currently operate 9 homes across East and West Sussex. We have 414 beds having recently opened a brand-new Home in Central Worthing, named The Poets. Each registered home offers the highest standards of resident care and comfort, 24 hours - day and night, for long and short-term stays.

As a Clinical Lead, at Berkeley Lodge, you will be responsible for the clinical governance of all aspects of clinical care within the home. You will be facilitating the delivery of the excellent nursing care, by providing strong strategic, professional clinical leadership as well as liaising with the manager in achieving outcomes.

Duties will include: Liaising with health care professionals to achieve the best physical and mental outcomes for residents Monitor and improve quality of care in compliance with CQC Conduct and complete clinical audits, analyse finds and implements outcomes to improve the service Assisting the managers with pre-admission clinical assessments when necessary Supporting the RNs within the home and complying with NMC professional regulations and guidelines Suitable candidates for this role will hold a current valid NMC registration with experience in Dementia, geriatric and complex care as well as the ability to demonstrate leadership skills.
