You'll support our Commercial and Finance Teams as a true generalist. This role is all about proactive talent development, you’ll spend most of your time partnering with your managers likely 50/50 generalist HR and L&D focus. You’ll be coaching managers doing some project work and being a fairness advocate in all that you do. In your first 12 months you’ll have delivered; Through the excellent relationships you have built with your stakeholders you will have provided valuable internal consultancy as a credible advisor and developed HR solutions that have supported the team in delivering on organisational and team challenges. Collaborate with all sub departments within Commercial to anticipate resource requirements alongside retention and training needs to increase performance and ultimately increase all Commercial Revenue Targets. Drive DEI initiatives to ensure a diverse and equitable workplace reflects within the Commercial team, working with our Crews and measuring success through participation and surveys. You’ll have delivered some learning and development initiatives and you’ll understand how to build strong relationships with your managers very quickly, and ideally, but not essential, you’ll have some experience working with sales people.
