Job Description
Our client and its commercial team are looking for a 2/3PQE Corporate Solicitor to join their rapidly expanding firm. You will work on a large range of clients nationally advising on: Advise on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions Share and asset based transactions Internal restructuring, investments and share issues Corporate finance, joint ventures, and other significant business transactions Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements with clients Help meet fee-earning income targets Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored legal solutions Maintain and develop strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction Stay abreast of changes in corporate law and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations You must be a team player with a hunger to succeed and drive the commercial department forwards via client scale up, networking and business development. The person: 2/3 years PQE Excellent technical knowledge of corporate law Excellent client management skills Ability to work as part of a team and nurture those around you Ready to hit the ground running Flexibility and ‘can do’ attitude Lovely offices and location, flexible working, bonuses and opportunity for career progression.
