to oversee supply chain operations across Europe and manage global external supply. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Global Supply Chain, this role is integral in ensuring timely, efficient, and cost-effective supply to customers worldwide. Optimize supplier relationships, performance scorecards, and compliance initiatives. Manage a talented team of 10 professionals while fostering a culture of excellence. Ensure responsive communication with stakeholders and resolve supply chain challenges efficiently. What you’ll need to succeed: A university degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred). At least 10 years of experience in supply chain roles, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector. Proven expertise in SAP (5+ years) and integrated supply chain processes. Strong leadership experience with a track record of managing teams and cross-functional projects. Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
