We're searching for a skilled, motivated, and passionate individual to join a busy and dynamic workshop in Bury St Edmunds.

* A competitive salary starting at £36,000, with OTE up to £40,000 including bonuses and overtime.

Your Role As a Senior Vehicle Technician and Workshop Controller you’ll be responsible for:
* Servicing vehicles to manufacturer standards.
* Diagnosing faults and completing repairs with precision and efficiency.
* Carrying out warranty repairs and completing accurate documentation.
* Ensuring work meets high safety and quality standards.
You will be running a small team of 4 Technicians whilst having a hands on role within the workshop.

* A proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
* Someone with the ability to work independently and efficiently within time constraints.
* A passion for delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.
* A positive leader with a can - do attitude.
* The ability to lead by example and instill a high performance work ethic.
Work Schedule
* Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:30
* One in four Saturdays: 08:30 – 12:00
