This is a very interesting role for an experienced Commercial Director or Senior Commercial Manager looking to make that step up, to become part of a rapidly expanding housing contractor based out of their North West office in Warrington.
The business is currently at 9 x live sites across the North West, Yorkshire & Midlands, which is the area in which you will direct - with plans for this to be at 14 x lives sites by mid 2025 - 2-3 storey homes on brownfield sites. There are currently 15 x QS's at various levels employed within the division, with turnover expected to surpass £100m in the next 6 months.
This is a brilliant opportunity for the right candidate to drive an exciting business forward into the New Year. The salary on offer would exceed £120,000 + Car Allowance & Bonus.
