The role

SoftwareOne, a global software and cloud technology solutions provider, is undergoing a marketing transformation journey. We are currently seeking a skilled Website Specialist to join our Global Marketing Team. This role is crucial for maximizing the impact of our core marketing channels while we modernize processes and enhance site content and user experience. As a Website Specialist, you will work on our Sitecore Content Management System (CMS). Your responsibilities will include working on the creation of campaign landing pages, thank you pages, templates using components and workflows to ensure a high-performing, scalable digital platform. Additionally, you will build web pages for campaigns and contribute to the optimization and maintenance of the CMS while implementing best practices. This position will be an integral member of our marketing services center team to drive our marketing impact and improve the site’s effectiveness and efficiency. Key responsibilities Develop and implement effective marketing strategies in line with our company goals. Collaborate strictly with cross-functional teams to successfully implement marketing campaigns. Apply established marketing platforms and tools to improve our digital presence. Drive the creation and optimization of content across multiple channels. Assess key performance indicators and analyze metrics to measure campaign efficiency. Manage and maintain our digital assets to ensure a high-performing and scalable digital platform. Support the development and execution of SEO, SEM, and analytics strategies. Cultivate positive relationships with external agencies and vendors to improve marketing efforts. Stay informed about industry trends and standard methodologies to continuously enhance our marketing strategies. Communicate project requirements and updates to collaborators with clarity and precision. Contribute to the training and development of the marketing team, sharing standard methodologies and insights.

What we need to see from you 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role within the Information Technology sector. Demonstrated ability to translate briefs into high-quality marketing campaigns that adhere to brand guidelines. Experience with web content management systems, including Sitecore 10.2+. Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and analytics tools. Proficient in web content principles and standard methodologies, encompassing heading structure, fundamental SEO strategies, and optimizing page loading speed. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with international teams and contribute to multilingual global enterprise websites. Familiarity with web standards for user experience, accessibility, privacy, data processing, and standard methodologies in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
