Team Manager, Grade 11 An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Lancashire County Council as a Team Manager within our Leaving Care Service. The Lancashire Leaving Care Service is looking to recruit a Team Manager who is passionate and committed to ensuring the highest quality of support to young people as they prepare to leave our care and to ensure we provide excellent support through assessments and plans which ensure our care-experienced young people achieve their full potential. This post will be based in the East of the county. Responsibilities: Line management of up to 7 personal advisors and one social worker. Case management and quality assurance of the work across the team. Involvement in several strategic developments to improve our service and extend our offer of care and support.
