Hoop Professional Services & HR is thrilled to partner with a valued Welsh-based client who is seeking an Employee Relations Manager for an exciting 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension. This is a chance to bring your expertise to a supportive and collaborative HR team, making a meaningful impact within a progressive organisation.

As a key player in the HR team, you'll manage end-to-end employee relations cases, offering expert guidance and innovative solutions. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, including trade unions, drive improvements in HR processes, and provide data-driven insights to support organisational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full employee relations process, offering advice on complex cases. Recommend and implement HR solutions to meet organisational needs. Identify and execute process improvements across HR operations. Support and contribute to wider HR projects and initiatives. Build effective relationships with stakeholders and trade unions. Update HR policies to ensure compliance and best practice. Provide insights through analysis of HR data and trends.

Key Requirements:

Strong experience in employee relations and case management. A flexible, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to handle a varied workload. Proven skills in influencing and engaging at all levels of an organisation. Experience working with trade unions is highly desirable. A CIPD qualification is a plus but not essential.
