Job Title: Site Manager

Salary: £48,000 - £52,000
About the Role: First People Solutions is partnering with an innovative civil engineering contractor to recruit a Site Manager. Based on sites in the Central Belt of Scotland, this role offers the chance to lead high-quality infrastructure projects with a focus on sustainable practices. Working on concrete repair, refurbishment and civils projects you will be responsible for overseeing projects in the Scottish Water Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee site operations, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and safety standards. Lead and manage teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Resolve on-site challenges and maintain progress reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager in civil engineering or construction. SMSTS, CSCS card, and strong knowledge of safety regulations. Excellent leadership and organisational skills. Full UK driving licence.
