WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Business Analyst at WongDoody, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of our digital products. Here's a glimpse into your responsibilities:
Leading requirement gathering workshops, interviews, and deep-dive sessions. Managing end-to-end functional requirements across the product lifecycle. Creating detailed functional tickets with comprehensive acceptance criteria for complex AEM components and templates. Collaborating with internal and external teams to develop requirements and anticipate challenges. Resolving blockers and unknowns related to requirements and scope. Supporting client product owners in finalizing requirement details and articulating decisions. Transferring completed functional tickets to client BAs and ensuring clarity. Assisting in backlog prioritization aligned with strategic goals. Serving as a single point of contact for matters related to scope and decisions. Contributing to and participating in all agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and planning. WHAT YOU'RE LIKE We're seeking individuals who are:

Minimum of 6+ years of experience in business analysis. Expertise in driving the creation of detailed component and page template specifications within JIRA. Proven track record in gathering and managing functional requirements across the product lifecycle. Experience in creating detailed functional tickets with comprehensive acceptance criteria for complex AEM components and templates. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and anticipate challenges. Proactive in resolving blockers and unknowns related to requirements and scope. Strong communication skills to support client product owners and articulate decisions. Proficiency in agile methodologies and participation in agile ceremonies. Ability to prioritize backlog functionality in line with strategic goals and considerations.
