Financial Services Administrator - Wealth Management Location: London - Hybrid 2 / 3 days per week from home Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience Are you an enthusiastic Practice Administrator eager for your next role? Could you fulfil a vital support function within a busy office? You will be working as part of the team at a highly respected Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Plc. SJP are a leading, and highly regarded FTSE 250 Wealth Management company which provides bespoke financial advice and a wide range of Investment and Retirement solutions to a High Net Worth client base. The Role: Financial Services Administrator - Wealth Management Support the day-to-day business operations within the Practice Issue Letters of Authority and follow up with third-party providers Submit various request such as fund switches, withdrawals, changes to contributions and track progress You will deal with a wide variety of administrative tasks supporting your colleagues and clients of the Practice You will manage and collate key data for reports and portfolio reviews Dealing with enquiries and correspondence from clients and providers Managing the database of clients and diary management for the Partner and Advisors You will be processing new business and liaising with SJP admin teams There is scope within this role to progress and develop your knowledge within this exciting and fast paced environment The Person: Financial Services Administrator - Wealth Management To be considered for this role you will need: Proven work experience as an Administrator within Financial Services or Wealth Management, preferably within a St. James's Place Partner Practice Excellent customer service and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships Strong attention to detail and be able to problem solve and think on your feet Knowledge and experience of using a CRM, ideally Salesforce Good time management and planning skills Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office Programs It is essential that you are confident in dealing with colleagues, third parties and can work with total discretion.
