Customer Services Consultant Our client, a UK Investment management company, is looking to add a Client Services Consultant to their digital channels team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, initially on a full-time basis. Working Hours:

Monday to Friday - 7 hours per day between 07:30am - 17:00pm Salary:

Up to £26,000 DOE with fantastic benefits such as 10% pensions, yearly bonus, Hybrid working, etc. Location:

ASAP Hybrid working Key Responsibilities:

Responding to client enquiries on all incoming channels including telephone, email, secure messages, and live chat, ensuring the highest possible levels of client service. Respond to incoming client communications, ensuring timely follow-up as required. Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times. Liaise with various internal functions to ensure issue resolution. Liaise with various internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication. Troubleshoot, capture, and provide feedback to contribute to the development of digital portals and services. Escalate complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction as required. Other Client Service functions as they arise. Minimum Requirements:

Customer Service Background The ability to handle client queries, troubleshoot, make decisions, take initiative to improve the service, and resolve problems. A strong work ethic and a high level of attention to detail. Excellent organisational and time management skills. The ability to prioritise effectively and provide thorough and timely follow-up to client queries and administration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to use client-friendly language. The ability to work accurately under pressure and to deadlines. A resourceful, flexible, and conscientious approach to work, with the ability to work as part of a team, including the willingness to work overtime on occasion, if required.
