Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Your expertise in relationship management and lead generation will be crucial in building a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet organisational hiring goals.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.

Utilise various sourcing methods, including social media management, to attract candidates.

Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the organisation.

Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, Workday, Salesforce, or Taleo.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to stakeholders.

Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Skills

Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes.

Experience with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, Workday, Salesforce, or Taleo is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices.

Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Proven ability in lead generation techniques to identify potential candidates.

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Pay: £45,824.85-£52,706.78 per year
