SEND pupils , particularly those with SEMH needs and associated behaviours A commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with EHCPs Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal development Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and the wider school team to ensure the best outcomes for students Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a school that is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs.
