Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) : Proven experience teaching English at the secondary level, ideally within KS3 and KS4. Passionate and motivating : Able to inspire a genuine interest in literature and language, encouraging students to think critically and communicate clearly. Strong classroom presence : Skilled in managing and maintaining a positive, structured learning environment. Collaborative team player : Engaged in teamwork and open to sharing best practices within the English department.
