Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of one of our partner schools, a small, well-regarded independent school in Cardiff who are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Biology Teacher to join their team for a 1-term contract in the Spring Term 2025. This is an excellent opportunity to teach motivated students in a supportive and focused educational environment.

Role Overview:

Teach Biology across Key Stages 3 and 4, with occasional lessons at Key Stage 5. Deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to meet the needs of all learners. Prepare students for assessments and exams, ensuring strong progress and achievement. Work collaboratively with a dedicated Science Department to maintain the school’s excellent academic standards.

Desirable Skills and Experience: Familiarity with the WJEC specification is highly desirable. UK QTS is essential. Proven experience teaching Biology at secondary school level, including Key Stage 5. Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire a love of Biology in students. Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
