WORKSHOP CONTROLLER
to take responsibility for ensuring all work flowing through our client’s dual-franchise dealership is planned thoroughly and completed on time to a high quality. Reporting to the Service Manager, your key objectives include ensuring quality control, parts are correctly ordered, conducting audits on the team’s work and general compliance to brand / dealership standards. There will also be a focus on ensuring the correct health and safety standards / procedures are in place and followed. This role requires a
relevantly skilled and experienced
individual. The ideal candidate will likely be an existing Workshop Manager / Controller, Automotive Technician (with strong leadership, organisational and customer service skills) or an aspiring Senior Service Advisor. This is a rare and desirable opportunity to join a family-owned motor group with a strong south west representation.
