Inspire and lead sales teams through impactful coaching and strategic meetings. Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to amplify the company’s brand presence. Continuously evaluate and enhance product offerings to meet client demands. Forge strong relationships with insurance partners, leveraging industry trends for competitive advantage. Monitor and communicate sales performance to ensure targets are consistently met and exceeded. Cultivate a high-performing, collaborative sales culture that celebrates success. Key Requirements:
A proven track record of success in the insurance sector, with experience leading sales teams. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
