£30,000 – £36,750 neg + Monthly bonus up to £750 p/m Benefits:
Comprehensive Benefits Package The role of the Branch Manager – Windows & Doors will involve: Managing a trade counter selling a range of uPVC windows and doors such as: casement, sash, reversible, bi-fold doors, composite, french, patio. Selling into: fenestration installers, housebuilders, contractors & occasionally end users. Managing all aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, sales, and health & safety. Increasing branch turnover whilst nurturing existing customer accounts. Providing training, development, and motivation to a trade counter team of 4 with scope for growth. Working within stock level guidelines, managing the budget, and the allocation of funds. Ensuring excellent customer service is provided. The ideal applicant will have: Experience within the fenestration industry. Consideration for candidates outside of fenestration with strong trade sales knowledge and understanding of windows. Branch/trade counter management experience. A strong sales background and a desire to grow a branch. Ability to assist with loading & unloading orders. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Good understanding of health & safety practices. An outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident personality. Company:
