When you'll be in the office depends on your role, but you can expect to work from our London office between 8-12 days per month. To support this, the successful applicant should be within a reasonably commutable distance to our office (Gray's Inn Road, London, WC1X 8HB). Join the EVolution: The Head of Revenue Operations will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and owning the processes and capabilities that drive Pod Point's revenue growth. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, eager to step into a pivotal leadership position. The focus is on enabling sales teams, optimising sales qualification, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer service and success to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty. You will oversee a diverse range of responsibilities, including lead generation, sales enablement, qualification processes, and success-driven initiatives, all while building a cohesive team and fostering cross-functional collaboration. You'll also be responsible for: Process Design and Ownership:

Develop, implement, and continuously refine scalable processes that enhance sales efficiency, qualification accuracy, and service delivery. Capability Building:

Create tools, resources, and infrastructure to equip sales teams for effective engagement, value-based selling, and seamless collaboration. Lead Generation Strategy:

Design and execute strategies to generate sales-qualified leads by leveraging internal data, sales resources, and partnerships with external stakeholders. Sales Enablement:

Build and own sales enablement frameworks, equipping teams with the knowledge, tools, and processes required to sell effectively in alignment with Pod Point's value proposition. Sales Qualification Management:

Own the end-to-end qualification process, ensuring the right opportunities are prioritised and resourced effectively, including bid and solution support when necessary. Sales Operations Excellence:

Lead efforts to monitor and enhance team performance through data-driven metrics, forecasting, and management of incentive programs. Customer Success Initiatives:

Oversee service and success strategies to foster client retention, drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and ensure the long-term satisfaction of key accounts. Team Leadership and Development:

Recruit, train, and lead high-performing Revenue Operations teams, ensuring alignment with Pod Point's goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams. Proficiency in CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and data analytics platforms.
