The ideal candidate will play a vital role in strengthening the firm's Health & Safety Consultancy and Principal Designer (CDM) services, contributing to an organisation known for its commitment to excellence in the built environment. We're looking for professionals with at least 2 years of experience who are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding position. This is your chance to join a forward-thinking team and make a significant impact in the field of construction consultancy. Key Skills / Experience:

NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent NVQ, NEBOSH Construction Certificate or relevant construction experience, NEBOSH Fire Certificate or equivalent. Environmental Qualification and Membership of IOSH (minimum Tech IOSH, Chartered preferred). Training Qualification (desirable) and Consultancy experience (essential). Strong understanding of construction, built environment (FM/estates), and corporate H&S experience in developing and implementing H&S Management Systems. Experience in SHE audits, fire audits, risk assessments, and strategy (desirable). Proficient in CDM Regulations with experience as Principal Designer/PD Advisor/CDMA. Experience in workplace audits and construction site inspections (desirable). Excellent communication skills for client meetings, client-facing with strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach. Proficient in writing professional reports in English and using Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work under pressure with good time management and diary management. Business development experience, good IT skills, valid driving licence, and willingness to travel across the UK. Providing competent health and safety advice and support to our clients in Estates / FM / Retail / Education / Health construction industry clients. Undertaking health and safety auditing services and construction site inspections. Assistance with the production of Health and Safety Documents for the Client / Undertaking risk assessments and reviewing and commenting on safety documentation on behalf of clients. Assisting clients as necessary with accident / incident investigations. Advising clients on their duties under the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 (CDM). Reviewing designs, contributing to design team discussions, and recording significant hazards. Advising design / client teams and managing the reduction of risk in designs. Preparing high quality professional reports. Business development. Client Account Management. General administration. Training Delivery.
