We're seeking a HRIS Analyst to join the Human Resources team. This is a full-time role reporting to the HRIS Manager. This role plays a critical role in driving business success by providing comprehensive global reports, dashboards, and insights that enable informed decision-making. This role is responsible for proactively identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting key trends, and delivering actionable recommendations that support the continuous improvement and growth of the business. DESCRIPTION HRIS Support: Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS queries, addressing issues related to data integrity, report generation, and system functionality. Review data input and reporting outputs for accuracy and ensure legal compliance. Assist with mass updates on Workday for employee data changes, including conducting necessary audits and verifications. Lead multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize decisions and tasks effectively, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Generate regular reports including writing, maintaining, and supporting various report requests using available reporting tools to meet the organization's reporting needs. Develop and maintain self-service reports and dashboards in Workday to ensure seamless reporting for the organization. Write advanced reports, create calculated fields, and maintain dashboards to provide the HR team and the broader organization with accurate, actionable data. Collect and compile key HR metrics and data, including compliance and audit reports, and government labor statistics, utilizing Workday for analysis. Workday Configuration & Testing: Configure changes in Workday in alignment with business requirements, performing thorough unit testing to ensure accurate implementations. Process Optimization and System Improvements: Proactively formulate ideas and provide recommendations for system enhancements, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Continuously identify process and design efficiencies, recommending and implementing changes to optimize system performance. Other Responsibilities: Complete all other tasks assigned by your manager or supervisor that are appropriate for this role. REQUIRED SKILLS Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Attention to detail; problem-solving competencies are vital Thorough understanding of HRIS Report Writing within Workday preferred Previous hands-on experience working with Workday (HCM, Reporting, Absence, & Time Tracking preferred) Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
