Mobile Cloud Engineer Leeds £30,060 to £32,654 Your new company Hays Technology are recruiting a Mobile Cloud Engineer to join a public sector organisation based in the Leeds area. You will be reporting to the Hub IT Manager. Your new role In your new role, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support to multiple sites, whilst providing both hardware and software maintenance to all stakeholders, ensuring equipment is set up when necessary. You will be assisting in the secure and safe setup/installation of new equipment, software, hardware, upgrades, and components. You will be maintaining standard network cabling, performing basic diagnostic and recovery routines on network equipment, and assisting in the diagnosis and resolution of basic PC, printer, and software faults, including maintenance of software applications. You will be supporting the organisation's 'cloud first' mindset by furthering your education of Cloud platforms and their benefits. What you'll need to succeed Experience of diagnosing and correcting straightforward faults in IT hardware and software. Experience of working in a team and supporting others. Experience or an understanding of Cloud. Excellent diagnosis and problem-solving skills. Awareness of potential health and safety risks and issues when working with computers. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Clean driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
