Salary:
£60,000-£70,000 Our client has built up a strong fitness community in their high-performance multi-zone health and fitness club in southwest London and is now looking to build more like-minded fitness communities in further clubs around the U.K. To support this growth, we are looking for a business-minded General Manager to take the reins of their Chelsea club whilst supporting the directors to enhance the overall business. We would love to hear from you if you have: An abundance of energy, drive, and entrepreneurial spirit. General Manager/Club Manager experience in the London boutique fitness market. Experience in growing fitness club membership through sales and retention activities. Strong business and financial acumen to manage and support all facets of the business. Great collaborative skills to work with the owners, suppliers, and partners. A zest for managing day-to-day operations and building the fitness community. The ability to travel to London Chelsea each working day. A passion for health and fitness and is, of course, an active advocate.
