Leading demand planning for customers with a 12-month rolling horizon. Manage and analyze EMEA forecast reports, ensuring accuracy above target and eliminating BIAS. Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure deadlines are met, and assumptions are documented. Prepare accuracy reports for customer forecast reviews with Account Managers. Improve forecast accuracy through trend analysis, SKU variance identification, and actionable recommendations. Ensure smooth supply for new product launches with precise forecasting. Minimum Requirements:
Graduate calibre candidate or equivalent working experience in an analytical supply chain role. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Experience working in an FMCG environment. Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally. Positive, self-motivated, and flexible with a problem-solving mindset.
