Quality Lead

As the Quality Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment across the Cambridge campus, ensuring a consistently outstanding experience for both students and staff. Key Responsibilities: Lead on quality assurance processes, including lesson observations, self-assessment, and curriculum reviews. Develop and implement effective quality improvement strategies to support ongoing educational enhancement. Collaborate closely with academic and administrative teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines. Analyse and interpret performance data to inform decision-making and drive progress towards strategic goals. Mentor and provide guidance to teaching staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development and accountability. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership and external stakeholders as required. Requirements: Proven experience in a quality assurance or academic leadership role within the education sector, ideally in a college or secondary school setting. Strong understanding of quality assurance frameworks, particularly in post-16 education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with staff and stakeholders. Ability to analyse complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights. Familiarity with current regulatory standards and best practices in education. Teaching qualification and relevant degree (or equivalent experience) is highly desirable. A proactive, flexible attitude, with the ability to start in January 2025 or sooner if available.
