Finance Business Partner - 6-month contract with potential permanent opportunity Mansfield / Hybrid 2-3 days per week c£200 - £300 Per Day We have a contract opportunity for an experienced finance professional / management accountant to work for a great local organisation as a finance business partner. Responsibilities: Providing management accounting and decision support services to the management teams, incorporating financial planning and analysis, commercial support, performance monitoring and reporting. Performance monitoring and reporting of actual results through the production of monthly Management Accounts, commentary and variance analysis, for multiple stakeholders. Support the production of departmental annual Budgets and Forecasts, providing challenge and actively participating in Accountability reviews. Maintain and develop the management information reporting systems. Financial planning and analysis to incorporate: Support the development and maintenance of financial models to support business planning and use in Corporate Plans, and Government Spending Reviews. Design of pricing models to support commercial opportunities and activities. Support production, review and critique of business cases. Support contract tender processes for goods and services. Undertake financial appraisals. Minimum Requirements: Recognised accountancy qualification. 3 years practical management accounting / business partnering experience in the public or private sector, specifically; business partnering and planning and analysis. Experience in utilising financial systems. Advanced Excel user, intermediate proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications. Available for a contract role. Don't miss out!
