Description

Facilitate and manage the preparation of monthly management accounts. Provide financial analysis to assist in strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards Collaborate with the wider teams to achieve financial targets and improve financial performance. Support budgeting and forecasting processes. Participate in the development of long-term financial plans and projects. Engage in cost and risk management. Implement effective financial controls and processes.Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

Working towards an accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or equivalent. Experience in a not-for-profit organisation or history of working with customer focused finance team Proficient knowledge of accounting software and MS Office Suite. Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail. Outstanding communication skills to effectively liaise with non-finance membersJob Offer
