Murray Recruitment are recruiting a Human Resources Advisor for our client based in Lanarkshire. Our client is a leading service provider in their industry, seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team and provide expert guidance on HR matters, support management, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Overview

The Human Resources Advisor will be a key member of the HR team, delivering expert advice on a range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, and policy compliance. This role is instrumental in upskilling managers, fostering a fair work environment, and supporting the implementation of strategic HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day guidance on employee relations, handling matters such as disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance. Coach and support managers in resolving HR issues efficiently and fairly. Enhance HR processes and contribute to ongoing best practice improvements. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policy. Foster a positive working environment and promote a culture of fairness and consistency. Respond to all HR support requests within required timescales, balancing business needs with employee wellbeing. Skills & Experience

Minimum 8 years’ experience in HR, with solid HR generalist experience. CIPD qualification. Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Pragmatic approach with exceptional problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels. Organisational skills with a detail-oriented and communicative approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Package

Competitive salary with performance bonus. Hours Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm and Friday 9am – 4pm. Hybrid working 2 days home / 3 days office. 31 days of annual leave, increasing with service (option to buy/sell days). Enhanced sick pay and contributory pension scheme.
