Senior Claims Manager required for a major offshore wind developer based in Scotland.
Responsibilities
A Senior Claims Manager is required to negotiate and settle claims relating to construction contracts for the project. The selected candidate shall ensure that the negotiated settlement of construction contracts is fully compliant with business needs and aligned to the commercial objectives of the project. Claims mitigation and challenge cost disputes with suppliers. Requirements
The individual shall have experience in claims management that is similar in nature to the Services, preferably in offshore wind farm projects. The Individual and any Substitute shall have a relevant degree qualification and demonstrable experience in performing services on other offshore wind farm projects that are similar in nature to the Services.
