Lead and manage buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, from initial client discussions to completion. Develop and execute transaction strategies, including preparation of information memoranda, valuations, and financial models. Oversee and contribute to financial due diligence assignments, ensuring thorough and insightful analysis to support client decision-making. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Provide strategic advice to clients on business valuations, capital raising, and deal structuring. Work closely with the wider UK Corporate Finance team to leverage expertise and resources. Supervise and mentor junior staff, supporting their professional development and project contributions. Support business development activities, including proposal preparation and networking to enhance the firm’s reputation and win new work. What you will possess:
ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification (essential). CFQ or experience in Corporate Finance. Proven experience in M&A, corporate finance, or transaction services within a professional practice. Demonstrable expertise in managing complex projects, including financial modelling, valuations, and due diligence. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage client relationships and lead teams effectively. Commercially astute with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver results.
