Site Managers – Major building scheme, Cardiff Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead on a major infrastructure project? We are recruiting for several Site Manager roles to work on a flagship major construction scheme in the Cardiff area. Starting in January, this project is set to run for 3.5 years and offers permanent, full-time employment with the potential for involvement in future large-scale projects in the local area. About the Role

As a Site Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering one of the most ambitious projects in the region. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and managing day-to-day site activities to ensure project milestones are achieved. Overseeing all on-site operations, including subcontractor management and quality assurance. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at all times. Coordinating with project teams to maintain timelines, budgets, and high-quality outputs. Resolving on-site challenges proactively to minimize delays and disruptions. Reporting progress and challenges to senior management while maintaining strong communication channels across teams. Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking dynamic, results-driven professionals who meet the following criteria: Proven Experience:

Extensive background in site management, ideally on large-scale construction projects. Experience in high-tech builds, such as data centres or similar, is an advantage. Leadership Skills:

A natural leader with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams on-site. Technical Knowledge:

Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, materials, and best practices. Regulatory Expertise:

Strong familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Qualifications:

Relevant certifications such as SMSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid. Additional qualifications in project management or construction safety are desirable. What’s on Offer?
