The role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of our offices in Leamington Spa, where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

What you will do:
You will play a pivotal part in shaping the product delivery system of the company through leading the strategy development, process definition and execution of the Virtual Series. Responsibilities:
Lead the development of the virtual series strategy to fully exploit digital prototyping capabilities to reduce cost and time to market. Incorporate a virtual series strategy into the existing product delivery system with minimal disruption to ongoing workflows. Work cross functionally to align key stakeholders simulation activities and capitalise on collaborative working. Delivery of the virtual series strategy. Ensure completion of virtual series activities across all programme lines. Engage with engineering teams to plan and progress DPA activities. Ensure technical assessments are completed on time and quality for reporting at key programme milestones and gateways. Management of all digital prototype KPI metrics. Gather, collate and report virtual prototype status to programme management and attribute owners highlighting any risks or incompatibilities. Planning, organisation and chairing of key programme events and meetings to communicate status and outcomes. Support in the cross functional resolution of uncovered issues. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to communicate complex data to stakeholders at all levels of the business. A good working knowledge of vehicle engineering and attributes. Competency with CAD. An awareness of CAE techniques and methodology.
