Description The Senior HR Business Partner will work alongside the wider HR team to deliver against the people objectives by providing strategic support to the Senior Leadership team. You'll be responsible for the design of innovative ways of driving performance management and talent development by looking at the bigger picture. This role is supported by a dedicated team who manage the day to day operations, freeing up your time to really drive the HR agenda forward.
Profile A successful Senior HR Business Partner should have: A strong ability to influence and negotiate with Senior leadership Proven track record of designing and developing wide scale HR strategy A forward thinking approach, with a desire to challenge the status quo Experience in a large, matrixed organisation Ability to manage and develop junior members of the HR team
Job Offer The salary for this role will be dependent on experience, but we would welcome applicants who are looking in the range of £75,000 - £85,000 per annum.
