Job Description
We are looking for an experienced corporate lawyer ideally with some commercial law experience as well, with 3 – 5 years PQE to handle a full spectrum of non-contentious corporate law matters, including M&A, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, articles of association, corporate transactions, partnership agreements, and business reorganisation (often in the context of private client tax planning). The ideal candidate will be a motivated and driven individual who can assist in growing the team with the desire to be involved in business development for the firm.
