The Role
As a Cost Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate cost allocation to contracts, managing accruals, collaborating with site teams, and addressing supplier queries. Additionally, you’ll support the finalization of accounts and uphold compliance with financial procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Foster strong relationships with project teams and suppliers. Match invoices, GRNs, and purchase orders accurately and promptly. Process and maintain cost data, allocation records, and financial reports. Assist in audits and resolve cost-related queries efficiently. Support the smooth cost close-out of projects.
Requirements
Experience with finance systems (e.g., Redsky Summit) and purchase ledger processes. Background in construction or a similar industry is advantageous. Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
