They ensure clients fulfill all their obligations and pay the correct amount of tax, while also helping to resolve disputes with tax authorities swiftly.

This Corporate Tax Compliance Associate Director role is hybrid (2-4 days per week in the office) from their Milton Keynes office, working within the National Tax Reporting team. Responsibilities

Building relationships with a portfolio of clients in the Privately Owned Business sector. Leading the Milton Keynes-based Tax Reporting team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to junior staff members. Reviewing and approving corporation tax computations and tax accounting, as well as undertaking some tax assurance reviews. Involved in ad-hoc advisory work that flows naturally from your Reporting responsibilities. Negotiating and raising timetables and fees, and being responsible for WIP management on your portfolio of clients. Proactively discussing tax opportunities relevant to clients, and collaborating with tax partners and the wider tax team to deliver on such work. Being an active member of the National Tax Reporting Team, ensuring national procedures are rolled out and fully adopted in Milton Keynes. Your Skills & Experience

Proven expertise in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of annual Tax Reporting obligations. Comprehensive and in-depth technical tax knowledge, with substantial hands-on experience. Strong team collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to managing and supporting team members effectively. Extensive experience in financial management for clients, including setting timelines, maintaining budgets, and negotiating fees. Demonstrated ability to identify business development opportunities within tax services, ideally across other service lines.
