Reporting to the VP of HR for Hubbell Electrical Systems, the Senior HR Manager is responsible and accountable for delivering all aspects of Hubbell HR Policy for the UK, Italy, and Singapore functions. The Senior HR Manager is responsible for the development of an effective Employee Relations programme, the delivery of employee development, the effective management of employee benefits, and ensuring the welfare and safety of employees is the top priority.

Duties & Responsibilities Lead Organisational Change initiatives for the International Businesses Ensure Hubbell Policy is implemented effectively and consistently Providing HR Support to all Management Delivering HES initiatives on Succession Planning, Management Training, Compliance, and Recruitment. Managing the effectiveness and compliance for UK, Italy, and Singapore Payrolls Managing the Tax account for the UK payroll, inclusive of all related filings Driving improvements in Employee Engagement and Communication Building an effective HR team Managing all restructuring actions and lead all Major Investigations Developing policies and procedures that comply with National Law. Manage the delivery of Welfare services to all Employees Ensure adherence to functional processes and procedures and at all times ensure own compliance to Hubbell Code of Conduct, Ethics and Business Conduct Policy, and health & safety practices. Assist in other areas or perform other duties as assigned to support the business needs. Build strong relationships with Employee Representatives Lead the communication of all Employee related issues Skills and Experience:

Degree qualified or relevant professional certification within HR Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience with a proven track record as a HR Generalist in Manufacturing. Proven track record of timely meeting targets & tight deadlines. Experience working successfully with international businesses and understanding the intricacies and nuances of various cultures and countries. Excellent understanding & knowledge of legal aspects of Employment Law Experience of structured contract formation and terms and conditions. Strong commercial acumen. Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills at all levels. Excellent numerical reasoning and analytical skills. Understanding of Business operations & processes within manufacturing environment. Financially astute. Working knowledge of using Microsoft suite and ERP system – SAP preferred
