Scantec recruitment are working in partnership with a leading FMCG manufacturer in Leeds. Due to growth within their site, we have an excellent opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to join the team. CIPD qualifications can be funded by the company.

We're seeking an experienced HR Professional with experience of working in any sort of fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment. As a Senior HR Advisor, you would report into the HRBP and be instrumental in supporting the HR function at a fast-paced food manufacturing site. You will play a key part in raising the HR profile on site, by developing sound working relationships at all levels. You’d be the first point of contact for HR queries such as employee relations, absences, and HR processes and would be able to get involved in various HR projects.

Hours of work: The role is based on site, five days per week Monday to Friday 8am-4pm (there is flexibility on working hours) Brief summary of key responsibilities: Build sound relationships across site with managers and employees alike Work in line with the people strategy/site aspirations Assist in the development and improvement of daily HR tasks and processes Work closely with the lead managers on engagement initiatives for the site and wider business Ensure compliance with processes and procedures, gaining buy in from those outside of the department Be visible within the business upholding the company’s values and ethos Manage and carry out HR projects Ensure personnel records are updated and recorded Ideal skills and experience: Ideally you will be an experienced HR Advisor with experience from a similar fast-paced manufacturing environment. Excellent attention to detail anda positive attitude is key, along with excellent influencing skills. CIPD Level 5 or above is essential.
